
Sara Ali Khan, the daughter of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, embarked on the Amarnath Yatra to pay obeisance at the holy cave shrine located in the south Kashmir Himalayas. Sara undertook the yatra from the Baltal axis, starting her journey towards the central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
During her expedition, the 27-year-old actor made a delightful stop at the Sonamarg resort, admiring the mesmerizing views of the Thajwas glacier along the way to Baltal. She shared joyful moments with local children, capturing memories through pictures, and even took some time to have tea at a temporary shelter. Sara later shared her enriching experiences on Instagram, posting photos from her visit with a caption that read, “When the soul is content and the hamstrings are sore. Bakri se phir bacchon se ki dosti. And then we had the chai I adore (sic).”
Before beginning the yatra, the “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke” actor also visited the Martand sun temple situated in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, expressing her reverence for the sacred sites in the region.
